It is the collaborative work wherein the leadership team of Peer-led Team Learning project first described all of the key elements of PLTL. It is also the source of the first published research demonstrating increased student success (at CCNY, U. Rochester, U. Pittsburgh, St. Xavier U., and University of Kentucky).
