Online Bill Pay
How to use/Set up the Online Bill Pay portal
· Enter your Account number twice, click I am not a robot reCAPTCHA and then click pay now
· This will bring you to the home page where you will set up your information
o Name
o Phone Number (optional)
o Email Address (used to receive confirmation of your payment)
o Current Home address
· Then you will enter your payment amount and select your payment code:
o Monthly Statement
o Activities
o Fish
o Library
o Memorial
o Tennis
· Under Payment method you will need to click the enter button to enter your payment account info, where the money will be withdrawn from.
· Select a date you want the payment to post!
· Click Continue to Payment
· The next screen will show your payment information, Amount and what you are paying.
· Click the box next to, By checking this box you agree to terms and conditions stated above
· Then click make payment.
· When your confirmation of payment shows up, there will be an option to enroll your account, click on that blue link at the bottom to set up your account and save your information.
· Just go through the 4 prompts of personal information, set up username and password, verify security questions and then verify account questions.
· You will receive an email to activate your account.
· You will be all set and your account is set up ready to use each month you would like to use to pay
