1. Download PlotTwist from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
2. Open the app and tap "Get Started"
3. Create a parent account with your email address
4. Provide verifiable parental consent (required by COPPA law)
5. Set up your child's profile with their first name and interests
6. Choose your subscription plan and start creating stories!

PlotTwist uses a credit-based system for generating stories with voice narration:
• Each story with voice narration costs credits based on length
• Your subscription includes a monthly credit allocation

PlotTwist offers flexible subscription options to fit your family's needs. Current pricing and plan details are available in the app. All plans include:

To cancel your subscription:

A: PlotTwist is designed for children ages 3-12. Stories can be customized to different reading levels and interests to grow with your child.
Q: How long does it take to generate a story?
A: Most stories are generated within 30-60 seconds. Voice narration may take an additional 15-30 seconds depending on story length.
Q: Can I use PlotTwist offline?
A: Previously generated stories and their audio can be accessed offline. However, creating new stories requires an internet connection as they're generated using cloud-based AI technology.
Q: Can multiple children use one account?
A: Yes! You can create multiple child profiles under one parent account, each with their own personalized story library and preferences.
Q: What languages does PlotTwist support?
A: Currently, PlotTwist creates stories in English. Additional languages may be added in future updates.
Q: Is there a free trial?
A: Yes! New users receive a free trial period (details shown during signup). You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.
Q: Do unused credits roll over?
A: Credits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless you have a specific plan that includes rollover credits.
Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Check these common issues:
• Ensure your device volume is turned up
• Check that you have an active internet connection
