Show Choir Fees 2025-2026

All participants must pay a fee to participate in show choir.  Cost to participate varies per ensemble and how many ensembles the student chooses to perform in.  Students who receive assistance from the district will need to pay a reduced rate of 1/2 of the original fees.

a. Monarchy - $500 ($250)

b. Heart and Soul - $600 ($300)

c. Free Spirit - $600 ($300)

d. Monarchy and Free Spirit - $800 ($400)

e. Heart and Soul and Free Spirit - $900 ($450)

Payment Schedule 2025 dates: 

Parent Meeting May 22nd: optional $100 due

School Registration: $200 due

September 15, 2025: $200 due

October 15, 2025: $200 due (only 100 for Monarchy; last payment for Monarchy, Heart and Soul ONLY, and Free Spirit ONLY students)

November 15, 2025: $200 due (last payment for students in BOTH Monarchy and FS) December 15, 2025: Final payment of $100 due (last payment for students in BOTH HS and FS) All students MUST be paid in full by January.

Final payments can be split in half and paid over two months if needed, we can be flexible but this is a guideline we would encourage everyone to follow.

*Cash and check payments should be turned into the black deposit box on the wall of the choir room in an envelope, labeled. Cash, credit/debit cards, and checks are accepted; checks should be made payable to Papillion La Vista High School. If a student needs support from the district (free and reduced) they need to get an activity form from Ms. Rodis in the front office beginning in August.

(without the form the student will be responsible for paying the full amount of fees) This form is separate from the reduced book fees form.
