Great for learning of the MathCounts program's breadth, history, and purpose.

But more importantly, it's rich with weekly-updated practice problems by MathCounts, for MathCounts. The site has been releasing a fresh problem every single week since September 2012 for students to tackle, and includes an archive of all previous problems.

Art of Problem Solving

Also known as AoPS, Art of Problem Solving is hailed the king of competitive math. 

Hosts an incredible community of problem solving enthusiasts of all ages.

Hosts great video lessons on math topics.

A meeting ground for math resources of all kinds, namely the MATHCOUNTS Trainer and Alcumus.

Sells textbook The Art of Problem Solving, Volume 1 , which is strongly recommended to any MathCounts student who wants to get serious about competition.

Nationally partnered learning site for many subjects (most notoriously math).

Video lectures and interactive practice problems, but with a pleasant design unmatched by other website learning tools.

(Be warned, this site will follow you into your high school years if you're planning on taking any AP classes!!)
