These are the rules for playing PlayboxVR. By playing the game, you're agreeing to follow them. If you don't agree, you shouldn't use PlayboxVR.
You can also find our Privacy Policy on our website.
PlayboxVR is a multiplayer VR game where you can play with friends, meet other people, and explore different parts of the game.
Before playing, make sure you meet the age requirements for PlayboxVR and your Meta account. Some players may need their parent's permission.
We don't expect everyone to get along all the time. Arguments happen, especially in multiplayer games. But there's a difference between having an argument and purposely going after someone.
Harassing players, making threats, scamming, sharing hateful content, or trying to get someone's private information isn't allowed.
You also can't pretend to be part of the PlayboxVR development team or moderation staff.
If you're reported, that doesn't automatically mean you're getting banned. We try to look into what happened instead of relying on a report alone.
Using cheats to get things you aren't supposed to have or gain an unfair advantage isn't allowed. That goes for modified game clients, cheat menus, and scripts too.
There might be glitches in PlayboxVR. Finding one by accident isn't against the rules.
The problem is when someone finds a glitch and keeps using it to duplicate items, give themselves Play Coins, crash rooms, or mess with other players.
Please report any major bugs you find.
Trying to break into our systems, steal player information, or attack our servers is also against the rules.
Not every rule break will get the same punishment.
Minor problems might end with a warning or kick. If someone keeps breaking the rules, they could get a temporary or permanent ban.
For more serious problems, like attacking servers or using major exploits, a ban can happen without a warning.
Trying to get around an existing ban with another account isn't allowed either.
If you make something in PlayboxVR, you still own any original work that's yours.
We need to be able to save and show things you share so other players can see them. Anything that breaks the rules or uses somebody else's work without permission can be taken down.
The game's original code, logo, maps, and other content belong to PlayboxVR's owner. Some assets belong to other creators who have allowed their work to be used.
You're free to record gameplay, post videos, or stream PlayboxVR. Just don't claim to be an official PlayboxVR developer or account.
You can use Play Coins and other items within PlayboxVR, but they aren't real money.
Buying a cosmetic or another item doesn't mean you own the actual game files or the game itself.
Selling Play Coins or items for real money outside the game isn't allowed unless we officially support it.
Purchases made through Meta are also covered by Meta's payment and refund rules. Any refund rights you have under the law still apply.
We're still working on PlayboxVR, so things aren't always going to stay the same.
Sometimes we'll change maps, add new items, adjust how something works, or remove a feature that isn't working out.
There will also be times when the game goes offline. Maybe we're pushing an update, fixing an issue, or something on the server side stopped working.
PlayboxVR uses Meta, PlayFab, and Photon for different parts of its online features. Problems with those services can affect the game, even when nothing is wrong with the game itself.
We can't promise there will never be crashes, bugs, or downtime.
Playing PlayboxVR involves some information being used and saved, such as your player ID, progress, settings, and things you've unlocked.
Our Privacy Policy goes into more detail about what information is collected, what it's used for, and how you can request to see or delete it.
You can stop playing PlayboxVR whenever you want.
If an account is being used to cheat, harass others, or cause problems for the game, we can restrict or ban it.
We also can't promise that every feature or item will always be available. Updates and other changes may affect parts of the game you've used before.
Nothing written here removes any rights you have under the law.
These terms might change when we add features or need to update the game's rules.
We'll change the date at the top whenever that happens. For important changes, we'll also give players a notice when needed.
