Robot Play for Kids
The original intention behind developing the PlayBot curriculum is to foster children's creativity, computational thinking, problem-solving abilities, and social skills through educational robotics and playful activities, equipping them with the key skills essential for the future.
The Story-Inspired Robot Programming (SIRP) curriculum developed by our team is guided by constructionist learning theory and sociocultural learning theory. It aims to enable young children to learn how to celebrate cultural traditions through programming robots or solve problems based on the story contexts of picture books.
