Curriculum

Play 2 Learn uses a comprehensive research informed play-based curriculum covering social and emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development. The curriculum aligns with the California Infant and Toddler and Preschool Learning Foundations. Children’s learning activities are hands-on and focused on play, developmentally appropriate, and centered around a specific theme/child’s interest. We offer learning experiences in Art, Sensory Play, Science, Math, Language and Music. Each activity has a learning objective followed to ensure children are meeting learning goals. We include Spanish language activities, as childhood is the best time for second language acquisition. Spanish is taught through planned daily activities and daily experiences.
