Terms of Use for Merge Smash

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Merge Smash, published by AsimoPrime GAMES ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use or play Merge Smash.
2. Permission to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and limited license to use Merge Smash for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The game, including all code, graphics, audio, and visual assets, remains the intellectual property of AsimoPrime GAMES and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
3. Fair Play and Code of Conduct
To maintain a fair environment for all players, you agree NOT to:
Cheat, exploit bugs, use unauthorized automation software (bots), or manipulate game memory.
Submit false or manipulated high scores to the leaderboards.
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the game.
Misuse another player’s account or interfere with game services.
We reserve the right to remove invalid scores or restrict access to online features in response to confirmed abuse, cheating, or security violations.
4. Third-Party Services
Google Play Games Services: Merge Smash integrates Google Play Games Services for player sign-in and public leaderboards. Your use of these features is also subject to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Online leaderboards require internet connectivity.
Advertisements (AdMob): Merge Smash contains third-party advertisements delivered via Google AdMob. Third-party ad content and destinations are managed by their respective operators.
5. In-App Purchases and Updates
In-App Purchases: Merge Smash does not currently offer in-app purchases or paid digital items.
Updates: We may release game updates, patches, or modifications to improve performance, fix bugs, or alter features. Continued availability of all game features is not guaranteed.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
Merge Smash is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AsimoPrime GAMES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the game. Mandatory statutory consumer rights in your jurisdiction remain unaffected.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted with an updated "Effective Date". Your continued use of Merge Smash after revised Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
