December 2018

Pakistan Library Association in collaboration with Dept. Of LIS University of Peshawar organized a 2 Day Training Workshop on Modern Trends in LIS Research on 13-14 December 2018 at NCE in Physical Chemistry UoP. More than one hundred professionals participated in this workshop. Chief Guest of opening ceremony was Sir Hamid Rehman and for closing ceremony Dr. Abid Pro VC UoP was chief guest.

Opening session was chaired by Prof. Syed Liaqat Ali, Chairman Dept. Of LIS UoP and closing session was chaired by Dr. Saeedullah Jan, HoD Dept. Of LIS, KKK University Karak.

November 2018

One Day Seminar on "Now Selected What to do Next?" was organised by PLA (HQ) in collaboration with UPLISAA, PUCLA and TDC, ICP for newly selected librarians in Higher Education Departments of KP.

April 2018

Pakistan Library Association HQ in collaboration with Islamia College Peshawar successfully organized a one day seminar on How to Hunt a Job at Islamia College Peshawar on 14th April 2018.
