These Subscription Terms govern access to premium features offered in Plante: AI Plant Identifier (“App,” “Service,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or starting a subscription, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Plante: AI Plant Identifier currently offers the following auto-renewable subscription plans:
Billed weekly
Includes a 3-day free trial for eligible users only
Billed yearly
No free trial
The exact subscription price may vary by country, currency, tax rules, promotional availability, and app store settings. The final applicable price will be shown to you in the purchase screen before you confirm payment.
An active premium subscription may include access to the following features:
Unlimited Identifications
Unlock Plant Details Info
Ad-Free Experience
VIP Customer Support
Premium features are available only while your subscription remains active and in good standing.
The Weekly Subscription may include a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers.
Free trial conditions:
The free trial is available only if offered on your purchase screen
Eligibility is determined by the app store platform
If you cancel before the trial ends, you may continue using premium access until the trial period expires
If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically renew into a paid subscription, and the applicable weekly fee may be charged through your app store account
The Yearly Subscription does not include a free trial.
All subscriptions are auto-renewable unless canceled before the renewal date.
This means:
your subscription automatically renews at the end of the current billing period;
the payment method linked to your app store account may be charged for renewal;
renewal occurs unless you cancel in accordance with the rules of the relevant app store.
Payment is charged through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, depending on the device and platform you use.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge that:
payment is processed by the relevant app store provider, not directly by us;
prices shown at checkout are the controlling prices;
taxes may be included where required by law;
billing and renewal are handled according to the policies of the platform through which you subscribed.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store account settings.
Cancellation rules:
canceling stops future renewals only;
cancellation does not usually provide a refund for the current active billing period unless required by applicable law or granted by the platform;
after cancellation, premium access typically remains available until the end of the already paid subscription term.
You must manage and cancel your subscription directly through:
Apple App Store for iOS users
Google Play Store for Android users
Refunds are generally handled by the platform through which the purchase was made.
This means:
Apple purchases are subject to Apple’s billing and refund policies
Google Play purchases are subject to Google Play’s billing and refund policies
We do not guarantee refunds except where required by law.
We may change subscription offerings, pricing, feature availability, or plan structure from time to time.
If a subscription price changes:
the change will not affect your current billing period already purchased;
any future renewal pricing will be handled in accordance with the applicable platform rules;
where required, the app store may notify you before a new price takes effect.
Premium features are provided only during an active subscription period. If your subscription expires, is canceled, fails to renew, or is terminated, access to premium features may end.
Loss of premium access may include removal of benefits such as:
unlimited identifications
unlocked plant detail information
ad-free experience
VIP customer support
Some non-premium features of the app may remain available without a subscription.
From time to time, we may offer discounts, introductory pricing, limited-time promotions, or other special subscription offers. These offers:
may be available only to certain users, regions, or devices;
may be subject to eligibility limits;
may be changed or withdrawn at any time unless prohibited by law or platform rules.
A premium subscription provides access to premium app features, but it does not guarantee:
that plant identifications will always be correct;
that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted;
that all features will be available at all times or in all regions.
Subscription benefits improve access to features, not guaranteed outcomes.
You are responsible for:
maintaining access to the app store account used for the purchase;
reviewing your active subscriptions;
managing renewals and cancellations through the appropriate platform.
We are not responsible for billing issues caused by the app store platform, device settings, account restrictions, payment failures, or unauthorized use of your store account.
We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the premium subscription after updated terms become effective means you accept the revised terms.
