With the birth of her daughter, Ana Maitre experienced a significant shift, an awakening that led her to deepen her journey towards a more conscious and naturally nourishing life, intensifying her exploration of the power of plant based cuisine and foods in their purest state.

Her connection with natural eating has always flowed in her veins, a precious heritage passed down by her mother, the daughter of Polish immigrants with deep roots in southern Brazil. Growing up in harmony with nature, absorbing the ancestral knowledge of plants, shaped her worldview and her approach to cooking.

She witnessed and experienced the kitchen since childhood, learning from her mother the art of transforming simple ingredients into sustenance and affection.

This family heritage, rooted in the rhythm of nature and respect for its gifts, is the foundation of her culinary philosophy: "from the earth to the plate," a direct path full of meaning. For Ana, picking a ripe tomato from her own garden or savoring a freshly picked fruit are invaluable luxuries.
