This list contains planning applications we consider to be of wider interest in our area. It is updated every month for the CADRA Committee to review and is made available to other groups on our website. 

For each application we show the site address of the development, the council ward, a description of the proposal, status and application type. There is a link to the details held on the Local Authority's planning register and a link to CADRA's comments. Links are underlined.

As an application progresses we assign a category to it. Reading Borough Council (RBC) applications have a page for each one. South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) applications are all on one page, arranged by category. The categories are:

NEW - Added since the previous month.

CHANGED - Those with changes since the previous month, which include new plans, key reports, decisions or appeals.

ACTIVE - Unchanged and not yet decided that CADRA maintains an interest in.

MONITORED - Decided but retained because of attached conditions or possible appeals.

New applications that CADRA decides not to comment on or not interest in are removed from the list next month. 

Applications with changes will be put on the Active list next month, except where the local authority has made a decision, then it is either removed completely or put on the Monitored list.
