Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Plank Timer (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of the Service
Plank Timer is a fitness timer app designed to help users practice plank exercises, manage workout timing, and track simple exercise sessions. The App may include features such as:
Plank exercise timer
Workout duration and rest interval settings
Countdown, stopwatch, or interval timer modes
Session history, streaks, goals, or progress tracking, if available
Sound and/or vibration alerts, if supported and enabled
Practice reminders or workout notifications, if available
Theme, language, and timer preference settings
Optional copy, export, or share features for workout results, if available
The App is provided "as is" for personal and non-commercial fitness use.
Permissions and Device Features
Plank Timer is designed to work without requiring account sign-in. Depending on your device and enabled features, the App may request access to certain device permissions or system features, such as:
Internet access, for ads, billing, analytics, crash reporting, or optional remote content
Notification access, for workout reminders or timer alerts, if supported and enabled
Vibration access, for haptic timer alerts, if supported and enabled
Audio-related device features, for timer sounds, countdown sounds, or alert sounds
Photos / Media / Storage access, only if the App provides save, export, screenshot, or share features that require file access
If you deny required permissions, some features may not function properly or may be unavailable.
User Responsibilities
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the App
Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's data or systems
Misuse the App, advertisements, billing features, or reward-based features
Use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others
You are solely responsible for how you use the App and for any workout records, screenshots, exported results, or other content you choose to save, export, copy, or share from the App.
Fitness and Health Disclaimer
Plank Timer is provided as a general fitness timer and workout support tool for convenience only. The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, injury prevention advice, or professional fitness coaching.
Plank exercises and other physical activity may involve risk of injury. You should exercise within your personal ability and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, discomfort, or any unusual symptoms.
You should consult a qualified medical professional before starting or changing an exercise routine, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, heart condition, mobility limitation, or other health concern.
Flowbit Labs is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or other outcomes resulting from your exercise activity or your use of the App.
Accuracy and Use Disclaimer
While we aim to provide a reliable experience, we do not guarantee that all timers, alerts, workout records, streaks, saved data, or app behavior will always be accurate or error-free in all situations.
Timer accuracy and alerts may be affected by factors such as device hardware, operating system behavior, battery-saving modes, background app restrictions, notification settings, audio settings, device performance, or app interruptions.
You are responsible for verifying any important timer, workout, or progress information before relying on it. The App is not intended for legal, medical, safety-critical, emergency, professional certification, or professional fitness decision-making use.
Advertisements and Purchases
The free version of the App may display advertisements through Google AdMob or similar third-party networks. We may also offer:
In-app purchases to remove ads or unlock premium features, if applicable
Rewarded ads that may temporarily unlock benefits or extra features, if applicable
Optional paid content or feature unlocks, if applicable
All purchases are handled through the official Google Play Store billing system, and refunds are processed according to Google's policies. We do not provide direct refunds outside of what is supported by Google Play.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will always function without interruption, error, defect, timer issue, alert issue, data loss, or compatibility issue, or that any issues will be corrected immediately. Use of the App is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowbit Labs is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the App
Any injury, discomfort, health issue, or fitness-related outcome related to exercise activity
Any inaccurate timer, countdown, alert, workout record, streak, goal, saved result, or progress information
Any loss of local workout history, saved results, streaks, goals, timer settings, cached data, preferences, or practice records due to device issues, OS updates, storage limitations, permission changes, or app crashes
Any audio playback, vibration, notification, export, sharing, billing, or advertisement-related issues
Any actions or failures of third-party services such as advertising networks, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, sharing components, notification services, or billing services
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
Updates and Changes
We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. The updated version will take effect once it is posted with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after such updates means you accept the revised Terms.
We may also update the App itself, for example through new features, bug fixes, UI changes, timer adjustments, workout feature changes, performance improvements, compatibility updates, or advertisement-related updates.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
