This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Planet Builder ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, why, and what rights you have. It also covers the Game's website at https://planetbuildergame.com. The Game is developed and operated by Tutifruti ("the Developer"), based in Slovakia. If you have any questions, contact us at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com.
We have tried to keep this policy short and honest. In plain terms: the Game is a single-player idle game with optional online leaderboards, optional alliances you can join and chat in, and an optional account for cloud saving. The Game shows no forced ads: the only advertising is the optional rewarded ads you can choose to watch for an in-game reward (see Section 2). We collect only what those features need, and we do not run analytics tracking.
The "data controller" for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is Tutifruti, contactable at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com.
The Game uses Google Firebase and Google Play services (provided by Google Ireland Limited) to run its online features. Google acts as our data processor and, for payments, as an independent controller. See Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Automatically, when online:
• An anonymous ID. When the Game connects to our servers it is assigned a random anonymous identifier (via Firebase Anonymous Authentication). It is not linked to your real identity and lets the Game save your leaderboard entry and deliver in-game rewards.
• App / device integrity signals. To keep leaderboards fair, the Game uses Google Play Integrity (Firebase App Check) to confirm requests come from a genuine, unmodified app. This is handled by Google; we do not receive your personal device details from it.
If you use the online leaderboard / profile:
• A display name you choose, and gameplay statistics (such as your terraform score, rebirth count, rank score, highest difficulty cleared, and the cosmetic items you have equipped). Optionally, your alliance membership if you join one. This is shown to other players on the leaderboard and profile screens.
If you join an alliance (optional):
• Your alliance membership, and any chat messages you send in your alliance's chat. Messages are stored on our servers and are visible to the other members of that alliance. Messages are deleted automatically 30 days after they were sent. You can delete your own messages at any time, and an alliance leader or veteran can delete any message.
• The leader and veterans of your alliance can see roughly when you were last active in the Game (for example "3h ago"), to help them manage the alliance.
• You can report a message or a player to the Developer, and block another player so their messages are hidden from you. A block is stored only on your own device. A report sends us the reported content, your display name and your anonymous ID, so we can review it.
• Alliance names, tags and announcements you write are visible to other players. Text you enter in these places, in chat, and in your display name is checked against a word filter.
Moderation:
• To keep the Game fair and safe, we may reset an offensive display name, correct scores gained by cheating, or suspend an account that breaks the rules. A suspension is stored as a record linked to your anonymous ID, with the reason (which is shown to you in the Game) and, if the suspension is temporary, its end date.
If you create an account (optional):
• Your email address (if you sign up with email/password), or your Google account email and basic profile (if you choose "Continue with Google"). This is used only to sign you in and to link your cloud save to you.
• Your cloud save, which is a copy of your in-game progress stored so you can restore it or move to another device.
If you send feedback (optional):
• The message and rating you submit through the in-game "Send Feedback" option, so we can read it and improve the Game. It is private to the Developer.
If you make a purchase (optional):
• In-app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can grant the item, and we store a record of that purchase (the Google Play order identifier, the purchase token, which item it was, and when) so we can restore your purchases and resolve support requests. Our server also checks each purchase with Google Play to confirm it is genuine, and keeps a running total of your purchases, which the Game uses for the in-game Patron bonuses. We never receive or store your card number or payment details. Google handles the payment. See Google Play's terms for how it processes payments.
If you choose to watch a rewarded ad (optional):
• The Game's Shop has a "Free Rewards" card where you can choose to watch a short video ad in exchange for an in-game reward. These ads are provided by Google AdMob. If you never tap that card, no ad is shown and no advertising data is collected — the Game has no banner ads and no forced ads.
• To show an ad, the AdMob SDK may collect device information and identifiers, including your device's advertising ID, and use them to serve and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, and prevent fraud. Google processes this data under its own Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy); see also How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites).
• You are asked first. Before the Game requests any ad, it shows a consent form (Google's User Messaging Platform) where you choose whether ads may be personalised. If you decline, ads are shown non-personalised. You can review or change your choice at any time in the Game's Settings under Privacy options.
If you sign up for launch news on our website (optional):
• Our website has a form where you can leave your email address to be notified about Planet Builder releases — such as pre-registration opening, the launch, or a future iOS release. We store the address you entered, your consent, and the time of signup, in Firebase. It is used only to send those few notification emails: it is not a newsletter, it is not linked to your in-game data or anonymous ID, and it is never shared or sold. You can be removed at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to tutifruti.dev@gmail.com, and we will delete your address.
• Spam protection: when you press the submit button — and only then — the form is checked by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies or similar storage in your browser at that moment. Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms) apply to that check. Simply visiting the website loads no Google script and sets no cookies, and we run no analytics or visitor tracking of any kind.
Stored only on your device:
• Your game save, settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. If you do not use the online features, this information never leaves your device.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive data, and we use no analytics SDKs. The only third-party advertising SDK in the Game is Google AdMob, used solely for the optional rewarded ads described above.
We process the data above on these bases:
• Performance of a service you request — running leaderboards, accounts and cloud saves you choose to use.
• Legitimate interests — keeping leaderboards fair and the Game safe (anti-cheat integrity checks, purchase verification, reviewing reports and moderating accounts), and improving the Game from feedback you send.
• Consent — where you optionally create an account, send feedback, make a purchase, or sign up for launch notifications on our website. Consent for personalised advertising is asked separately in the ad consent form shown before any rewarded ad, and you can change that choice at any time in the Game's Settings under Privacy options. You can withdraw the other consents by not using those features, by asking to be removed from the notification list, and, where applicable, by deleting your account (see Section 6).
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers that make the Game's features work:
• Google Firebase (authentication, database, app integrity, cloud save).
• Google Play (in‑app purchases and app distribution).
• Google AdMob (the optional rewarded ads described in Section 2 — data is shared with Google only when you choose to watch an ad, and Google acts as an independent controller for the advertising data it collects).
These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms and Google's Privacy Policy. Leaderboard display names and statistics are, by design, visible to other players of the Game.
• Local data stays until you delete it (via the in-game "Reset Progress" option) or uninstall the Game.
• Leaderboard entries are removed when you use "Reset Progress" in the Game. We also clear old entries when the leaderboard is reset between seasons.
• Cloud saves and account data are kept while your account exists. You can request deletion at any time (see below).
• Website signup email addresses are kept until the release notifications they were collected for have been sent, or until you ask to be removed — whichever comes first.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability.
• To remove your local progress and leaderboard entry, use Settings → Reset Progress inside the Game.
• To delete your account and its data — your cloud save, your leaderboard entry and recent event rankings, and your alliance membership — use Settings → Account → Delete account inside the Game. Older event rankings and alliance war results are cleared at the next season reset, and alliance chat messages expire 30 days after they were sent. Records of purchases are retained where legally required (for example for refund and tax obligations).
• To make any other data request, or to request deletion without access to the Game, email us at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com and we will action it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 16, please ask a parent or guardian before creating an account, making a purchase or allowing personalised ads. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Data transmitted to our online services is protected in transit, and access to leaderboard, account and feedback data is restricted by server-side security rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy as the Game evolves (for example, if we later add new online features). We will change the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be announced in the Game.
