This page applies to the game Planet Builder - Idle Clicker by Tutifruti.
1. Local progress and leaderboard entry — open the game and use Settings → Reset Progress. This permanently deletes your progress on the device and removes your leaderboard entry.
2. Account, cloud save and all server data — in the game, open Settings → Account → Delete account. This removes your account, cloud save, your leaderboard entry and public profile, your recent event rankings, and your alliance membership.
3. Without access to the game — email tutifruti.dev@gmail.com (subject: "Delete my account"), ideally from the email address linked to your account. We will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account (email address), cloud save, leaderboard entry and public profile, recent event rankings, and alliance membership.
What may be retained: records of purchases are retained where legally required (for example for refund and tax obligations). Feedback messages you voluntarily sent may be kept in anonymized form (with no link to your account). Older event rankings and alliance war results remain until the next season reset, when they are cleared. Alliance chat messages you sent are deleted automatically 30 days after they were sent. If your account was ever suspended, the suspension record may be kept to prevent the rule-break from repeating. Leaderboard entries are also cleared when the leaderboard is reset between seasons.
