This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Planet Builder
("the Game", "we", "us") collects, why, and what rights you have. It also covers
the Game's website at https://planet-builder-2fdea.web.app. The Game is
developed and operated by Tutifruti ("the Developer"), based in
Slovakia. If you have any questions, contact us at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com.
We have tried to keep this policy short and honest. In plain terms: the Game is a
single‑player idle game with optional online leaderboards, optional alliances you
can join and chat in, and an optional account for cloud saving. We collect only
what those features need, and we do not run third‑party advertising or
analytics tracking.
The "data controller" for the purposes of the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR) is Tutifruti, contactable at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com.
The Game uses Google Firebase and Google Play services (provided by Google
Ireland Limited) to run its online features. Google acts as our data processor
and, for payments, as an independent controller. See Google's Privacy Policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Automatically, when online:
• An anonymous ID. When the Game connects to our servers it is assigned a
random anonymous identifier (via Firebase Anonymous Authentication). It is not
linked to your real identity and lets the Game save your leaderboard entry and
deliver in‑game rewards.
• App / device integrity signals. To keep leaderboards fair, the Game uses
Google Play Integrity (Firebase App Check) to confirm requests come from a
genuine, unmodified app. This is handled by Google; we do not receive your
personal device details from it.
If you use the online leaderboard / profile:
• A display name you choose, and gameplay statistics (such as your
terraform score, rebirth count, rank score, highest difficulty cleared, and
the cosmetic items you have equipped). Optionally, your alliance membership
if you join one. This is shown to other players on the leaderboard and profile
screens.
If you join an alliance (optional):
• Your alliance membership, and any chat messages you send in your
alliance's chat. Messages are stored on our servers and are visible to the
other members of that alliance. You can delete your own messages at any time,
and an alliance leader or veteran can delete any message.
• You can report a message to the Developer, and block another player so
their messages are hidden from you. A block is stored only on your own device.
• Alliance names, tags and announcements you write are visible to other players.
Text you enter in these places, in chat, and in your display name is checked
against a word filter.
If you create an account (optional):
• Your email address (if you sign up with email/password), or your Google
account email and basic profile (if you choose "Continue with Google"). This
is used only to sign you in and to link your cloud save to you.
• Your cloud save, which is a copy of your in‑game progress stored so you can
restore it or move to another device.
If you send feedback (optional):
• The message and rating you submit through the in‑game "Send Feedback"
option, so we can read it and improve the Game. It is private to the Developer.
If you make a purchase (optional):
• In‑app purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We receive a
confirmation that a purchase succeeded so we can grant the item, and we store a
record of that purchase (the Google Play order identifier, the purchase
token, which item it was, and when) so we can restore your purchases and
resolve support requests. We never receive or store your card number or
payment details. Google handles the payment. See Google Play's terms for how it
processes payments.
If you sign up for launch news on our website (optional):
• Our website has a form where you can leave your email address to be
notified about Planet Builder releases — such as pre‑registration opening,
the launch, or a future iOS release. We store the address you entered, your
consent, and the time of signup, in Firebase. It is used only to send
those few notification emails: it is not a newsletter, it is not linked to
your in‑game data or anonymous ID, and it is never shared or sold. You can
be removed at any time by replying to any of our emails or writing to
tutifruti.dev@gmail.com, and we will delete your address.
• Spam protection: when you press the submit button — and only then — the
form is checked by Google reCAPTCHA, which may set cookies or similar
storage in your browser at that moment. Google's
[Privacy Policy](https://policies.google.com/privacy) and
[Terms of Service](https://policies.google.com/terms) apply to that check.
Simply visiting the website loads no Google script and sets no cookies,
and we run no analytics or visitor tracking of any kind.
Stored only on your device:
• Your game save, settings and preferences are stored locally on your device. If
you do not use the online features, this information never leaves your device.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or other sensitive
data, and we do not use third‑party advertising or analytics SDKs.
We process the data above on these bases:
• Performance of a service you request — running leaderboards, accounts and
cloud saves you choose to use.
• Legitimate interests — keeping leaderboards fair (anti‑cheat integrity
checks) and improving the Game from feedback you send.
• Consent — where you optionally create an account, send feedback, make a
purchase, or sign up for launch notifications on our website. You can withdraw
by not using those features, by asking to be removed from the notification
list, and, where applicable, by deleting your account (see Section 6).
We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the service providers that
make the Game's features work:
• Google Firebase (authentication, database, app integrity, cloud save).
• Google Play (in‑app purchases and app distribution).
These providers process the data on our behalf under their own terms and Google's
Privacy Policy. Leaderboard display names and statistics are, by design, visible
to other players of the Game.
• Local data stays until you delete it (via the in‑game "Reset Progress"
option) or uninstall the Game.
• Leaderboard entries are removed when you use "Reset Progress" in the Game.
We also clear old entries when the leaderboard is reset between seasons.
• Cloud saves and account data are kept while your account exists. You can
request deletion at any time (see below).
• Website signup email addresses are kept until the release notifications
they were collected for have been sent, or until you ask to be removed —
whichever comes first.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal
data, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability.
• To remove your local progress and leaderboard entry, use Settings → Reset
Progress inside the Game.
• To delete your account and cloud save, or to make any other data request,
email us at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com and we will action it.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Slovak data protection
authority (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky).
The Game is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data
from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us data,
contact us at tutifruti.dev@gmail.com and we will delete it.
Data transmitted to our online services is protected in transit, and access to
leaderboard, account and feedback data is restricted by server‑side security
rules. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take
reasonable measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy as the Game evolves (for example, if we later add
features such as advertising). We will change the "Last updated" date above, and
significant changes may be announced in the Game.
