A brief history
This project began as a collaboration between Crystal James and Richard Joseph, an elder at Advent Hope SDA Church near Atlanta, GA. Recognizing the need for a clear, engaging study on the Plan of Salvation, they set out to develop an instructional course that walks learners through God’s redemptive plan—from creation to heaven. Using a structured approach rooted in instructional design principles like ADDIE and mind mapping, the course aims to make biblical truths accessible, practical, and transformative. This initiative is part of a larger mission to equip believers with a deeper understanding of God’s love and His plan for humanity.

Where we are today
We have made significant progress in developing the Plan of Salvation course, ensuring it is both engaging and spiritually enriching. The course structure is mapped out, covering key biblical themes from God's love to the hope of heaven. We've carefully aligned instructional design principles with biblical accuracy, using interactive elements and clear learning objectives to make complex theological concepts accessible.
One of the biggest accomplishments so far is refining the course outline to ensure a logical and engaging flow. We’ve also started building out content and visual elements that will enhance the learning experience. I’m especially proud of how we’ve balanced deep theological truths with practical applications, making this course valuable for both new and seasoned believers.
This project is coming together beautifully, and we are excited to continue developing a course that will guide others in understanding God's redemptive plan.
