ANNOUNCEMENTS:

*Harvest of Hope Food Pantry is asking for boxes of stuffing/dressing mix to give out at their December distribution. Please consider helping your Sumter County neighbors to have a good meal for the holidays. Deadline for contribution is Sunday, December 7. The goal is to collect 850 boxes.

*The Hope ReStored Closet is in need of hygiene items (shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrushes). Please bring donations to the church. 

*We are still taking monetary donations to cover the cost of our shoebox shipping and processing. 

*The community Thanksgiving service will be held at St. Andrews Sunday, Nov. 23, at 6:00 PM. Plains Baptist will be hosting a covered dish supper after the service. Meat and tea will be provided. We ask that you bring a side dish. 

*We will have a group going to volunteer at the Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Processing Center Friday, November 28. Our shift is 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM (unless we are able to get an earlier shift). A sign-up sheet is located on the side table for anyone interested in going with us. 

*The Friendship Baptist Association Christmas program will be at Central Baptist Church on Saturday, December 6, at 6:00 PM.

*We will have our Church Christmas Party immediately following service December 7. 

*Our Christmas program is scheduled for Sunday, December 14 at 5:00 PM.

*Across the Map Missions will have a toy drive December 13, 2025. If you would like to volunteer, there will be a volunteer training December 2 and December 9. See Angel Lamb for more information.
