Student Job Description:

Students wishing to work for Placid Earth will be gaining real world experiences through composting. Two students will be hired and expected to complete their job.

What does the job entail?

Producing compost from food waste

• Weighing buckets

• Adding wood pellets to food waste

• Washing buckets

• Move finished compost to windrows

Marketing and business management

• Recording and analyzing compost data

• Communicating with all stakeholders

• Report directly to a board of directors
