I developed a structured spreadsheet to streamline the collection of relevant data from team members. This spreadsheet was designed with clear categories and guidelines, enabling each participant to contribute specific pieces of information easily. By organizing the data in this manner, we ensured that all necessary details were captured effectively. Once the information was collected, I compiled it systematically, allowing for seamless integration into the chatbot. This organized approach not only enhanced our workflow but also improved the chatbot's accuracy and relevance in responding to user queries.
Using the "Poe" platform, we successfully developed an initial prototype of a chatbot designed to enhance user interaction. I took the initiative to coordinate with our team throughout the process, facilitating discussions and brainstorming sessions to identify key features and improvements. By gathering feedback from team members and conducting thorough testing, we worked collaboratively to refine the bot's responses and functionality. This collective effort resulted in a functional and effective preliminary version, laying a solid foundation for future enhancements and capabilities.
I customized an existing AI codebase from a GitHub repository, adapting it to suit the specific needs of our school. This involved programming modifications and enhancements on Codespaces to tailor the chatbot's functionality.

Utilizing GitHub Codespaces, I implemented a series of programming modifications and enhancements designed to tailor the chatbot's functionality. These adjustments included refining the bot's natural language processing capabilities, optimizing its response algorithms, and integrating additional features that aligned with our users’ needs. Through this collaborative effort, I was able to create a more effective and user-friendly chatbot that serves our school's unique context.
I successfully integrated the chatbot into our school's website by designing a user-friendly interface that enhances accessibility and engagement. This process involved embedding the necessary scripts and ensuring the chatbot functions smoothly within the website’s framework. To facilitate this integration, I collaborated closely with Mr. Austin, discussing technical requirements and user experience considerations. Together, we tested various scenarios to ensure seamless functionality and optimal performance. As a result, users can easily access the chatbot directly from the website, providing them with quick support and information at their fingertips.
Now we consistently check for user feeback and continuously update the bot!
