Career Development and Advancement are a top priority at Little Caesars. We start training from the beginning with all new hires attending our new hire orientation training. Crew will be trained on the Little Caesars CARDS training program. Once CARDS certified, Crew can take the next step in their career and begin training to be a manager. We offer weekly Shift Manager and General Manager training classes taught in our Edinburgh training classroom by our own Director of Training.

Our GMU training teaches you our processes and procedures while giving you the confidence that you need to succeed.
Training includes weekly assignments and progress assessments. Upon satisfactory completion of the final assessment, trainees will be part of a fun and rewarding graduation.

Shift Managers are responsible for operating either an open or close shifts at our stores. We train you to be able to successfully manage a diverse team of employees during a shift by learning our processes and procedures. Customer service, food preparation, labor review, employee management and cash handling are just a few of the training topics that we will work with you on at SMU. Upon the successful completion of the 4 week program and final assessment, trainees will be part of a fun and rewarding graduation.
