TERMS & CONDITIONSThe Terms and Conditions below apply to all Pixel Artbox Studio’s after school art classes, workshops and courses. By making a purchase & booking, customers are agreeing to the terms and conditions below.
Registration and PaymentRegistration can only be made online through the website  https://shorturl.at/A34Qf and it is the parents'/guardians' responsibility to ensure all information provided on the registration’s page is correct. This must include a current email address, emergency contact phone number for the parent/guardian and detailed information on any allergies, medical conditions and special educational needs of the person attending the after school class or workshop (*pls fill in <other comments segment of form.>Full payment is required at the time of registration and all payments are processed by (PAYNOW/PAYLAH/BANK TRANSFER). Payments are usually processed via a (PAYNOW/PAYLAH/BANK TRANSFER) account, however, if the customer does not have a debit/credit card account, customers are given an option to pay by Internet banking via online transaction. Places are only secure upon receipt of full payment and completed registration form.If a particular after school class or workshop becomes fully booked, customers will have the option to be placed on a waiting list. The waiting list is for that specific class or workshop only as per the dates on the website booking page, it is not a reservation for a subsequent after school class or workshop.Places are strictly allocated on a first come, first served basis and no places are given any priority or reserved in advance.Registration will typically open on the website https://shorturl.at/zXAI5 in two weeks prior to the start of the first session and this date will be communicated to parents/guardians’ through either parent’s mail or via e-flyers.Alternative payments will be considered but not guaranteed by prior arrangement with Diana M. Ng who can be contacted through the website. There is an additional charge of 10% for payments made by cash or cheque, and for payments made after the course has started.No persons will be allowed to attend any Pixel Artbox Studio’s after school art classes or workshops without a completed and accurate booking form.
  • Discounts and offers available on our website may not be valid for bookings made via our partner websites or collaborating studios.

Expectations of behaviour/ Cancellations and RefundsAfter a registration and payment has been made online, the customer has a cooling off period of 7 working days to make a cancellation. To cancel a booking customers must email pixelartboxstudio@gmail.com or use the contact form on the website. A full refund will be provided if the request is made within 7 days of the initial booking. If a cancellation is made after 7 days but before the first session of the after school club or workshop then refunds will be considered on an individual basis.Registration and payment will close 10 days before any workshop commences and there will be no refund, cancellation or postponement. However, the registration can be transferred to another person.If for any reason that a session is cancelled by Pixel Artbox Studio, for example due to workshop coach’s illness, then a refund for that session will be issued.If a session is cancelled due to unscheduled school closures for example in poor weather conditions, or the school decide to cancel a session after bookings have been taken, then a refund will not be issued.
Collection of Art Materials
  • Participants are advised to collect their artworks(*Fluid Art) within 2 weeks’ of the workshop. Extended storage beyond 30 days of the workshop will be chargeable at a minimum of $50 per artwork per month. The studio reserves all rights to dispose of unclaimed artworks without notice.
  • Flexible timing may be arranged for the collection of the artwork based on the availability of the instructor. Participant is advised to arrange at least 2 days before collection. Delivery charges apply, please contact the studio for details.
Art MaterialsMaterials are supplied for children’s art classes and holiday workshops. Occasionally, a children’s class may require items to be supplied by the student.Additional materials will be charged accordingly depending on workshop, please see relevant information under workshop’s detail.
ClothingPixel Artbox Studio teachers/coaches will do their best to ensure that your child’s clothing is protected from the art materials used, however we accept no responsibility for and damage to your child’s clothing before, during or after any our sessions. Aprons will be provided at all times.Do ensure they wear old clothings as our art workshops might get messy at all times.

Pixel Artbox Studio Workshops’ child safety policies and procedures-Risk management policy for Photography and Social Media From time to time, we take photos during the class of students’ artworks, following the child safety policy we DO NOT photograph students’ faces. These photos are used by Pixel Artbox Studio Workshops for promotional purposes such as press advertising, brochures, social media, editorials and website. These photos will never be sold and will be used exclusively by and for Pixel Artbox Studio workshops. As a condition of enrolment, your consent is implied. Should you not wish for us to take and use photos of you, your child’s artwork please select “No Photography allowed” on the registration form.
The Secret Language of Colour X Art Workshops (By APPT only)   
  • Minimum number for all workshops will be 20 pax to begin. Maximum number will be capped at 20-25 pax for each workshop.
  • Registration and payment will close 10 days before any workshop commences and there will be no refund, cancellation or postponement. However, the registration can be transferred to another person.
