By downloading, installing, or using Pitch Perfect ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app. If you are under 13 years of age, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
Pitch Perfect is a music ear training application that helps users develop their ability to identify notes, intervals, chords, and melodic sequences by ear. The app offers both free and premium content accessible through an in-app subscription.
Certain lessons and features are available at no cost without a subscription.
Access to full lesson content requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are offered on a weekly or annual basis and are managed entirely through Apple's App Store.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
All purchases are processed through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple directly at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not have the ability to issue refunds directly.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. You will be notified of any price changes through the App Store before they take effect.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure
Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or interact with the app
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the app or any of its content
All content within the app — including lesson data, audio samples, soundfonts, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of Pitch Perfect and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or proprietary content outside of normal app use.
The app may include or make use of third-party assets distributed under their own licenses.
The app includes the FluidR3 General MIDI SoundFont (FluidR3_GM.sf2) created by Frank Wen and contributors.
This soundfont is distributed free of charge and may be redistributed provided it remains available in its entirety and is accompanied by its copyright and README files.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:
The app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs
The app will meet your specific requirements
Any errors or defects will be corrected
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pitch Perfect and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of progress.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.
You may stop using the app at any time. Deleting the app from your device removes all locally stored data permanently.
The app integrates with the following third-party services, each governed by their own terms:

We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Cook County, IL.
