This Privacy Policy describes how Pitch Perfect ("we", "our", or "the app") handles your information. We are committed to being transparent about what data is collected and why.
Profile name and icon — entered voluntarily in the Profile tab. This is stored locally on your device only and never transmitted to our servers.
Usage analytics — We use Mixpanel to collect anonymized data about how the app is used, such as which features are accessed and how often the app is opened. This data does not include your name, contact information, or any personally identifiable information.
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any contact information.
We do not access your microphone, camera, photos, contacts, or location.
We do not create user accounts or store any data on external servers beyond anonymized analytics.

Understand how the app is used to improve the experience
All personal data (profile, progress, settings) is stored locally on your device using iOS's standard storage (UserDefaults and Keychain). We do not operate servers that store your personal data. If you delete the app, all locally stored data is permanently removed.
We use Mixpanel for anonymized analytics. Mixpanel may collect device-level information such as device type and OS version. No personally identifiable information is shared with Mixpanel.

Subscriptions and purchases are processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not see or store your payment information. Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

This app is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
Analytics opt-out — You can limit ad tracking at the iOS system level via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Delete your data — Uninstalling the app removes all locally stored data from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated effective date at the top of this document. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
