STEP 1: Turn in a Sports Physical to the Park Center Athletic Office 

• Sports Physicals expire after 3 years and cannot expire before the end of the season. 

• If you do not have a Sports Physical, schedule one with your doctor as soon as possible. For a short notice Sports Physical, schedule online at your local CVS Clinic https://www.cvs.com/minuteclinic/clinic-visit

STEP 2:  Sign up & Pay online at www.tinyurl.com/ParkCenterSignUp (edutrak)

• Parents must create an account if you do not have one. Verify your athlete(s) with their student id number.

• Find the activity that says "PCSH Wrestling"

• Make sure that you complete the "checkout" - look for shopping cart in the top right corner.

• $190 Fee / *$95 Fee or FREE $0 Fee if qualified - APPLY HERE for "Educational Benefits"
