First triathlon I did in 1988.

First Ironman I finished in 1989.

Since then, there were about 300 of them.

From 1992 to 1998 I lived and played in France for various clubs.

Twice performed in the famous Franc Iron Tour.

Took part among the elite in 1993 at the European Championship log distance (3,8+180+42) Embrun.

In 1994 take part in first World Championships long distance (4+120+30) Nice.

Оne summer I spent at Brett Sutton's camp in Alpe d’Huez.

He helped me look at the triathlon from the other side.

In 1998, I finished a professional triathlon.

In 2008, I returned to triathlon as a veteran.

This experience is also valuable for me, as well as professional performance.

I learned to be flexible in the training process.
