This is wibbles a King Vulture at Lory Park Zoo. Very curious little chap, so we designed him a feeder bucket that moves. He took to it well and had no trouble figuring out how to get at the goodies inside.
This website is aimed at sharing ideas, solutions and a journey into animal enrichment experienced by the author in South Africa.
Robynn Moller has worked with animals for over twenty years via the magic of enrichment. She's had experiences with incredible people who have done amazing things for animals using environmental enrichment in South Africa and she wants to share her stories.

Paul Ziegler worked both at National Zoo (Pretoria) and SeaWorld (Durban) and has been passionate about enrichment and gotten universities involved in helping create and design enrichment in the past. He now resides in the UK and helps maintain the Facebook page

Some articles will be written by others and edited by us.
Pippin was a favourite dog from our childhood who taught us a lot about behaviour. He helped us appreciate enrichment and how to keep an active dog busy! Wire-haired terriers are terrors, he had us literally swimming in circles, chasing moles and wading in the ocean for starfish. We loved him dearly.
The people and institutions who joined Robynn on her adventures to gather her experiences will be, where possible, acknowledged (time might erase memory of names, but not the experience).
Videos are mostly Robynn's personal footage, if not then attribution will be given accordingly.
Some images might be mislabeled or have unknown attribution.
