Located in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, the Edwards Ranch has been a working family-owned ranch for over 100 years. Primarily in a natural state with native grasses, the 1,000+ acre property rolls with a number of lengthy draws and hill country peaks. Abundant live oak and Spanish oak, combined with areas of thick cedar, create man-made and natural senderos and acres of prime natural habitat, a haven for whitetail, hogs, and other wildlife. Prescribed fire and cedar clearing has enhanced one of the the best natural territories in the Texas Hill Country.
While raising quality whitetail is important to us, you will also encounter roaming herds of cows and goats on the ranch as well. Raising cattle and goats in a rotational grazing system improves the environment for higher quality wildlife and general range vigor.
