Nice Wing Presentation I, 69", 34#
Was ugly, finish was a bit dirty and heavily crazed. I cleaned up finish with Boiled Linseed oil and 0000 steel wool (rinse off oil first!), then compounded. Very nice now.
The BLO fills crazing and leaves a very pretty bow. From any distance it looks nearly new. As you get up real close you can see something that honestly looks like odd grain to me, then at about a foot you can see crazing filled in.
in one above you can see crazing if you magnify. It is super hard to see from any sort of distance, and up close it looked more like highly "figured" wood.
