Our youngest students discover Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, family-friendly, and fun environment.
At this age, the goal is to get them moving, develop their coordination and confidence, while giving them a first introduction to basic Jiu-Jitsu movements adapted for children.
Classes are taught through games, so kids learn while having fun.
Parents can also take part in the activities, making the experience even more motivating for the kids and more enjoyable for families.
These classes are a great introduction to Jiu-Jitsu, where children not only build physical skills but also develop the joy of learning and sharing on the mats.
When?
Sundays from 9:00 to 9:45 AM.
Cost?
$120 / Fall season
$150 / Spring season
$250 / Full year
In this group, children still learn through games, but Jiu-Jitsu begins to take on a bigger role.
The exercises become a little more technical and age-appropriate, and we also start introducing basic self-defense concepts.
Students train together on the mats, helping each other while learning the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu in a fun, yet more structured way than with the youngest group.
This stage is a great step from pure play toward a more concrete learning experience in Jiu-Jitsu.
When?
Sundays from 9:55 to 10:40 AM.
Cost?
$120 / Fall season
$150 / Spring season
$250 / Full year
At this age, Jiu-Jitsu becomes more structured and technical.
Young students learn more advanced positions and techniques while continuing to develop discipline, self-confidence, and respect.
Self-defense plays an important role, and students progress in a motivating and cooperative environment.
This group strikes a great balance between technical learning, fun, and personal growth—preparing youth for recreational practice, potential competition, or even a more serious pursuit of Jiu-Jitsu.
