Pinnacle Production and Manufacturing specializes in CNC machining, a computer controlled manufacturing process to produce precise and complex parts. In order to ensure the highest level of quality in our products, we have implemented a quality program that employs the principles of lean manufacturing. Lean manufacturing aimes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste in the manufacturing process. At Pinnacle Production and Manufacturing, this means streamlining our processes to eliminate unnecessary steps and reduce the risk of errors. One of the key components of our quality program is the focus on data-driven decision making. We use statistical process control (SPC) to monitor the performance of our machines to ensure they are producing parts within all required tolerances. This helps to identify potential manufacturing issues before they become major problems and allows us to take corrective action in a timely manner.
