As part of the VMI service, Pinnacle Production & Manufacturing monitors customer inventory levels, on site inventory management and point of use when signaled, and manages the inventory levels and production schedule within Pinnacle Production to ensure that no schedule disruptions occur. The VMI service significantly reduces customer supply chain management and allows customers to focus their resources in other areas of importance. This service can also reduce required inventory levels, thus improving cash flow while reducing inventory space requirements.

Subassembly Management

Coupled with our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) program, Pinnacle Production can also manage the subassembly process and outsourcing for all our customers needs. Our customers have a number of component assembly requirements where we build and assemble through final stage product development.
