It is my pleasure to welcome you to our site debuting the Psi Upsilon Omega E-Cookbook in observance of our Pink Goes Red Impact Day. Every year, on the first Friday in February, Alpha Kappa Alpha women take off our pink and wear red for the day to raise awareness of heart disease and promote life changes that will increase the longevity and quality of the lives of women around the globe.
