How is my reaction time measured?
PING measures the time between the on-screen signal and your tap, and it accounts for the unavoidable latency your device adds, so your numbers are honest and comparable over time.
Which mode should I start with?
Start with simple reaction. It gives the cleanest, most comparable number and powers your best score, average, percentile, and heatmap.
Why is my score marked as a false start?
Tapping before the signal appears voids that trial so it cannot inflate your best or median. Wait for the signal, then tap as fast as you can.
What are Deep Dive reports?
A Deep Dive is a personalized AI readout of your data that finds correlations, patterns, and a coaching plan. Your first one is free after five sessions. After that, Deep Dives use one-time credit packs, with no subscription and no recurring charges.
I did not receive my credits.
Credits are delivered instantly when a purchase completes. If a purchase was interrupted, open Settings and tap Restore Purchases to finish any pending transaction.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your training data stays on your device. Only anonymous, aggregated statistics are sent when you request an AI insight. See our Privacy Policy for details.
How do I export or delete my data?
Use Export CSV in Settings to save your full history. Use Reset in Settings to erase everything, or delete the app to remove all local data.
