Snow and ice falling from the roof can be extremely dangerous and fall very quickly. Always keep your eyes up as you walk around the buildings.
Parking - Each unit has 2 parking spots, however these are not assigned. During busy times of use - overflow parking area is in the back of the condos on Buttermilk Lane. Please be considerate of other guests by parking additional vehicles over your assigned 2 in the overflow area.
Fireplaces - Unit fireplaces MAY NOT be used for continuous or a sole source of heating. The fireplace and the chimneys are designed for occasional use only and must be limited to no more than 4 hours of use and then allowed to cool down.
Gardens and Park Area - Heavy snowfall will cover all the garden and landscape near the office and in the park. Please stay on the designated paths and roads to avoid damaging plants and tripping over rocks or other landscaping materials.
Park Grill - remember to make sure that your grill fires are completely out before leaving the park area.
Wildfires can move fast and quickly become out of control especially during dry conditions. Pinetree Commons guests can assist responding firefighters by being alert and follow all evacuation orders. Be aware of current burn ban rules when using the Park grill. Signs will be posted when the county is in a burn ban.
Ready - maintain awareness of the fire location. Begin to stage items you will take by the front door. Locate all family members and pets. Set - vehicle should be packed, dogs on leash and all family members together. Go - leave immediately and follow the established evacuation routes.
