Droids probably should be in the bad tables list. It shirks every semblance of balanced, logical pinball design in favor of being the most ramp-heavy table imaginable. It feels like someone was just taking the piss with the table design editor, but then a nightmare deadline came up and someone shoved this tangled monstrosity into the final set.

But regardless, this is one of the best tables, mostly because it feels real. Nice, clean layout. Excellent target placement. The theme was integrated well with modes based around taking out the shield dish or having a final duel with Darth Vader. Proper balance of risk-reward. This might actually be one of the better tables to show a naysayer pinball purist what the best video pinball can do. It might even be the table I end up going back to the most once the review is done.

I really like pinball and was always a fan of the "Star Trek TNG" pinball machine when I was a kid. I see them for sale on pinside and other sites for $4,000 through $8,000 condition depending. I'm looking at one of the cheaper ones. Is there anything I should know about owning a pinball machine? I really like the solid state early 90s machines. I think the TNG, Twilight Zone, and Addams Family are my favorites. If there is anything you wish you knew before buying one, please let me know.

2022 has arrived, and with it, the newest iteration of this pinball-themed roll and write. This time, we are boldly going where no one has gone before. Star Trek Super-Skill Pinball is the newest stand-alone expansion, coming at you with four new tables to enjoy. Set phasers to fun!

Hey pinball enthusiasts! I just had an epic game on Williams Pinball: Star Trek TNG and managed to complete all the missions and even start THE FINAL FRONTIER (Wizard Mode)! If you're interested in how I did it, come check out my video. No commentary, just pure pinball action. Would love to hear your thoughts!

I think it's very stupid when stern started making pros , premiums, and le. Why don't they just make a standard and there . For example there is alot of pinballs that stern didnt make premiums or limited edition like the potc is a great pinball and didnt make any other models , batman , and ironman, sopranos are other titles that are excellent and didnt need premiums or le , but stern is making people think that for an extra 3k you get a plate small metal plate with a serial number . This Star Trek pinball really gets me mad because the pro , premium , and the le all look the same, the premiums and le get the out lane kickback ? Aren't they supost to put that in any pinball as a basic feature? But now they are making you pay for that ? What's next ? Premiums will have pop bumpers? I don't know guys but I'm passing , it really triggers me that stern is not putting attention what us the pinball community want , stern is just like re theme Spider-Man , and make it 3 versions more expensive .....come on guys lets put a stop on this ........

The LE is for high end collectors and pinball "speculators" who have disposable cash and are willing to pay a $2500 difference for a unique backglass and Gary Stern's signature under another shot of clear coating.

This is a pin where the pro is WAY to neutered. Premium or LE is a must. The clear inserts on the premium is for the 60 colour changing led's it comes with. Also from your pic you can see the pro is a plastic apron and the premium is metal. There is also the kick back, wire form ramps, the ship actually crashes, the VUK and of course the laser starfield projector. And that's only the premium the LE comes with even more. This will be the first LE I've ever purchased, in most cases the pro is more than fine but in this case it's WAY to chopped down. Just my opinion.

I only have one operator friend. Locations in 3 states. New pinball is not an option at all for him. He recently told me, for example, " I have a POTC and a TSSP I need to trade for some older games to put on route." For his locations, pinball is $10 a week. No matter what the game.

Remember to hit the FORCE targets enough when you start multiball to earn a mb restart at the lockbar button (turns orange). Then maybe after the restart you last long enough to end up stacking tie fighter multiball. These will help extend the mb to give you time to hit the shots. Also, I believe there is a time extender shot at the center standups that will hold the Death Star shot longer, as it will eventually time out. You can even save a mb restart from another planet mode if you don't use it, so you could have 2 restarts.

The shot you need to make (multiple times) is one of the toughest in all of pinball, but when you make it, you'll get the best pinball adrenaline rush that's currently available (getting three balls into the hyperloop). It's the same shot for the Deathstar explosion. I have only achieved that thrice. It's a good feeling but nothing like getting that hyperloop pumping.

I'm a little conflicted on the whole situation - I mean, blowing up the death star is a really big deal in the Star Wars universe, it was tough, risky, and was hard to pull off. It makes sense that the same would apply in the pinball machine - - a mode that's tough, risky, and hard to pull off.

Anyway, as others have mentioned, it's easiest to blow up via the Endor route and be sure to light your add-a-ball. If you really are having a hard time, you might want to think about being more strategic in your game play and try to bring another multiball into it at the right time - planning ahead and starting Battle Above Endor with only a handful of Tie Fighters left for TF MB gives you the chance to bring in TF MB at the right time, adding a ball save, and then you can bring in your add-a-ball when down to the wire and really give you a good crack at it.

I have PRO at home and after googling and reading and googling and reading, and taking the glass off and trying it out I realized: the reason I couldn't crack the death star is because it doesn't crack open with the PRO.

I am resurrecting this old thread because this information is literally not spelled out explicitly anywhere Google goes, and I want other players to be able to find this information.

If you get to the Victory Multiball, you have destroyed the death star.

PS - does anyone have a premium they'd like to sell me?

Rainbow Star Pinball is a retro-styled arcade game developed by b10b. Rainbow Star Pinball spins the classic pinball game around by giving it a stunningly colorful look. In this game, you will enter a magical world, escape an enchanted forest, meet unicorns, unite princes and princesses at their romantic ball, and ultimately find every treasure at the end of the rainbow. Get ready to enjoy this exciting pinball game!

Most games in the 80s and 90s used transparent starposts around the slingshots and along the sides of the playfield. Add a unique twist to the lighting of your machine by adding some star post lights.

Remove your star post, place the postlight underneath and reattach the star post. Wire this to the lighting source of your choice. These do not come with connectors, so either purchase them separately, or opt for our star post lighting kit.

Much of the media is similar to the FX3 pack and sourced similarly including Zen press information, Zen Forums, PinballX forums, and VPUniverse. Some of the media I created such as the Gameplay screen snaps and I redid many of the Tarcisio wheels and logos for the Star Wars set. For the logos on physical pinball tables many of those were newly done by Eastwood2002. Many of the backglass images for real tables were taken from the B2S images many of which done by Hauntfreaks. I found some high quality images by rooting around the CDN of XBOX Live site but only helpful for games issued as stand alone (e.g., Indiana Jones, Twilight Zone). I have a few poster images from there that will post later. ff782bc1db
