Troop Cookies for the Community

There are two kinds of donation cookies-- CCC (council cookies for the community) and TCC (troop cookies for the community). Always maximize troop cookies for the community whenever possible because it allows you flexibility at the end of the sale to use your leftover cookies to fill those numbers. CCC are never in your inventory or your control and therefore do not help with inventory management. One strategy to remember when boothing is to assign a flavor--usually any $5 flavor--to a donation cookie when a credit card sale is made. Do NOT use the donation button; this automatically assigns it as a CCC.

Troop cookies for the community can be donated to any organization of your choice; however, donations at your booths will generally be higher if you are taking donations for military personnel.

In Pima, we have a connection with the Air National Guard who picks up our donations, pallets them, and puts them on transport planes for service men and women serving overseas. If you want to participate in this collection, please remember to keep your cookies in the correct, original cases. This is necessary for packing and re-palleting the cookies.

Please do not donate damaged cookies. Damaged cookies should be swapped out at the cupboard. It is not appropriate to donate boxes that are crushed, open, or water damaged.
