Short answers. A counsellor checks your case against current DGCA rules.
What are the basic requirements to become a commercial pilot in India?
Generally, Class 12 (or equivalent) with Physics and Mathematics, a DGCA Class 2 and then Class 1 medical, passing the DGCA theory exams and RTR, and completing the required flight training. A counsellor will check your specific case against current DGCA rules.
I didn't take Physics/Maths in Class 12. Can I still become a pilot?
Many students in this situation clear Physics and Mathematics through an open schooling board. Ask a counsellor and we will explain the route.
Should I train in India or abroad?
Both are options, and the right one depends on your budget, your timeline and your goals. We give a neutral comparison. If you train abroad, the licence has to be converted to a DGCA licence to fly commercially in India.
What is DGCA ground school and do I need it?
Ground school prepares you for the DGCA theory papers (Air Navigation, Air Regulations, Meteorology, Technical General/Specific) and RTR/FRTOL. Self-study is possible, but structured coaching helps many students.
Can I start DGCA exams before flight training?
Many students prepare for and take DGCA theory papers before or during flight training. Eligibility rules apply. A counsellor will explain the current requirements.
How much does it cost?
Costs vary a lot by country, school, aircraft and duration. A counsellor will give you a clear breakdown for your chosen path. We do not ask for budget figures in the form.
Is the counselling really free? Will I be spammed?
Yes, the guidance call is free. A counsellor contacts you personally using the method you choose. There are no automated messages or bulk messages, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
I'm under 18. Can I fill in the form?
Yes. We will involve your parent or guardian before any detailed discussion. Parents are welcome to fill in the form themselves.
