Pilot Butte Arts would like to invite craft and home-based business vendors to attend the Everything for Christmas Sale. 

Saturday, November 1st 10:00 - 5:00 

Sunday November 2nd, 10:00 - 4:00 

Pilot Butte School Gym, 

300 6th Street, Pilot Butte, Sk. (Northeast entrance, off 5th St.)

Booth rental is $40, space is approximately 10' × 10’, includes a table and two chairs. If table or chairs are not required, please indicate on the application form. 

Vendors must commit to stay until the end of the sale at 4:00 Sunday, please plan accordingly.

Vendor set-up will be Friday evening 6:30 - 8:30 and Saturday morning 8:00 – 10:00. Please come to the side door on 5th Street. 

Students from Balgonie Greenall High School will be available to assist with rest/food breaks or other assistance as vendors may require.

*** The Sale Committee reserves the right to limit the number of similar craft/trade products offered by vendors.***

No refunds will be given unless the full show is cancelled.
