These terms are between GencS — Semal Genc ("we"), the provider of the PilatesGo app (the "App"), and you. By using the App you accept these terms. How we process personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
PilatesGo lets pilates trainers manage programs, diets and classes for their students, and lets students and individual users track their workouts and progress. Some parts are free; others require a subscription.
You must be at least 16 to use the App. If you are under 18, you need the consent of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your account secure.
An account may only be used by one person.
PilatesGo is not a medical service. Exercises, programs, diet plans, body mass index and other information in the App are for general information only and are not a diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.
Consult a doctor before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or have a chronic condition, an injury or a history of surgery.
If you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or chest pain while exercising, stop immediately and seek medical help.
Only perform exercises that require equipment, such as the Reformer, with suitable equipment and preferably under a trainer's supervision.
You exercise within your own limits. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for harm caused by performing exercises incorrectly or excessively.
As a trainer:
You are professionally responsible for the programs, diets and advice you give your students.
You must inform your students before entering their data, and obtain their explicit consent for health data and parental consent for students under 18.
You may only use your students' data to provide your training services.
Payment records are for your own tracking only. Collecting, invoicing and paying tax on class fees is your responsibility. PilatesGo does not process payments.
Paid plans (Premium, Coach Plus, Coach Pro) are purchased through Google Play and renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled.
You can cancel at any time in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
Prices may vary by country and are shown on the purchase screen. Price changes are notified in advance in line with Google Play's rules.
Refunds are subject to Google Play's refund policy. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, by starting your subscription you request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once access begins, where permitted by law.
Downgrading: When you move to a lower plan, your higher plan's features continue for 7 days. After that, students and templates above the new plan's limits are archived, not deleted. Upgrading again restores them all.
GO points are virtual points that reward regular use of the App. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, sold or transferred to another account.
GO points can be used to unlock exercise packs and coupons. Premium plans already include all packs.
Coupons are tied to the account that bought them and to the trainer the account was connected to at the time. Discounts or extras are applied by the trainer.
If points are earned through cheating, automation, exploiting bugs or similar means, the points, coupons and, if necessary, the account may be cancelled.
We may change the GO point rules and store items. Points already earned are not removed arbitrarily.
You must not:
Use the App for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes others' rights
Access another person's account without permission or create an account on someone else's behalf
Reverse-engineer the App, exploit vulnerabilities or overload our servers
Enter malicious, misleading or abusive content, or other people's personal data without permission
The App, including its design, code, exercise descriptions, images and videos, belongs to us. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use.
Content you enter (programs, diet plans, notes) remains yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service.
Ads are shown on free plans and not on paid plans.
We may change, add or remove features to improve the App. Maintenance or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions. If we permanently remove a paid feature, we will tell you in advance.
The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit or loss of data. This does not affect your mandatory consumer rights or liability for gross negligence or intent.
You can delete your account in the App at any time. We may suspend or close your account for serious or repeated breaches of these terms. Deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription; cancel it separately in Google Play.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence and may bring proceedings in its courts.
We may update these terms. For material changes we will inform you when you open the App and ask you to accept them again.
