Send an email titled "Account deletion request" from your registered email address to genc.sem01@gmail.com. After verifying your identity, we complete your request within 30 days.
Your account details; health and body data; program, workout history, diet, class and payment records; notes, GO points and coupons. Data may remain in backups for up to 35 more days.
Records subject to a legal retention obligation, for the period required by law.

Note: Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
You can delete your PilatesGo health data without closing your account:
Open PilatesGo and go to Profile > Privacy & permissions.
Turn off health data consent and confirm with Withdraw and delete.
What is deleted: all your measurements (weight, body fat, waist, hip, chest, thigh and arm), your height and your date of birth. This happens immediately and permanently.
What is kept: your account, programs, workout history, diet plans, class and payment records, GO points and coupons.
To delete any other specific data, email genc.sem01@gmail.com from the email address registered in the App and say which data you want deleted. We complete your request within 30 days.
