Jamie is great!!! I've never practiced pilates before and Jamie helped me started up and got to know more about pilates. Very patient and professional!! I saw a huge improvement in my body after serval lessons. 10/10 Jamie is great Patient and professional, suitable for people of all levels

I highly recommend my pilates teacher Jamie. She is passionate, always dedicated to her work, and has a positive attitude. Her bright energy creates a pleasant atmosphere during classes. Most importantly, pilates has been truly helpful to me, especially in relieving my shoulder pain. Despite trying massage and chiropractic, pilates has been the most beneficial for me. I've taken pilates lessons from instructor Jamie for about 2 years now. She is so great I can't even think about getting pilates lessons from another instructor. Although I am now further away from her studio, I still drive extra miles to go to her studio.

제이미쌤한테 필라테스 배운지 2년정도 되었는데 너무 강추합니다!! 처음 운동 시작할 때 허리도 별로 안좋고 어깨도 별로 좋지 않았는데 하면 할수록 몸이 점점 좋아지는걸 느꼈어요!! 처음 시작할 때 초보자도 하기 쉽게 자세 하나하나 신경 써주시면서 해 주신 덕분에 운동에 더 재미를 느끼게 되었습니다. 또한 수업 중간 중간 몸 건강에 관련된 많은 지식들을 너무 친절하게 공유해주시고 너무 감사했어요!! 제 주변 지인들에게도 강추하고 싶을 정도로 쌤도 좋으시고 운동도 재밌습니다:)

가장 마음에 드는 점은, 이미 강사이시면서도 현재 실력에 안주하지 않고 꾸준하게 따로 또 레슨 받으시며 계속 발전하시려는 모습이 너무 믿음가며 “이분한테는 정말 배워도 되겠다.” 생각이 들었어요.
