I focus on alignment, core strength, and embodied presence, so every participant leaves feeling strong, longer, and more confident. Classical movements anchor each session, giving your group clear wins and noticeable improvements.
Pricing: Local (Arnprior area): $75/hour
Out of town: Travel expenses subject to agreement

The Mat Method (1:1)
The Mat Method is a 6-week private Pilates program designed around your body, goals, and lifestyle. We start with a coffee date to set intentions and get to know your movement history. Then we dive in with a 90-minute hands-on tutorial to teach you your personalized plan. Weekly check-ins keep you accountable, supported, and progressing; while helping you celebrate every small win.
Pricing: $199 (Introductory Price )
