Reporting to Council at least annually on the status of action plans; and the reasons for not accomplishing goals.

Re-establishing the Internal Audit Function or an Auditor General's Office

The Internal Auditor function has not been in place since 2019.

This function assists Council in its role of representing the public and considering the well- being and interest of the public; as well as, assists in fulfilling Council oversight responsibilities for the system of internal controls and the audit process.
