Terms of Use for Pictomino

By downloading or using Pictomino ("the game"), you agree to these terms.
1. License
ZektumGames grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for private, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control.
2. User-Generated Content (Photos)
The game lets you create puzzles from your own photos and, in friend matches, share a photo with your opponent so both devices show the same puzzle. By sharing a photo you confirm that:
- you own the photo or have the right to share it;
- it does not contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable material;
- it does not contain other people's personal information without their consent.
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users:
- Every online match includes a Report button. Reports reach us immediately and are reviewed within 24 hours; offending content is removed.
- Shared match photos are automatically deleted when the match ends, and in all cases within 24 hours of upload.
- Users who violate these rules are temporarily or permanently suspended from online features (repeated reports trigger an automatic temporary suspension).
4. Fair Play
Cheating, exploiting bugs, or interfering with other players' games may result in suspension from online features.
5. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZektumGames is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game.
6. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the game after changes means you accept the updated terms.
