PicToDoc Terms of Use
Effective Date: September 20, 2026
By downloading, accessing, or using PicToDoc, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Purpose of the App
PicToDoc is a utility designed to allow users to convert selected images into PDF documents and reduce or optimize the resulting file size.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing any PDF created by PicToDoc before relying on, submitting, uploading, distributing, or otherwise using it.
You are responsible for ensuring that any images, documents, or other content you process using PicToDoc are content that you have the legal right to use.
You are also responsible for determining whether a generated PDF satisfies the requirements of any school, employer, government agency, website, learning-management system, or other third party.
File Size and Output
PicToDoc may attempt to reduce or optimize PDF file sizes. File size depends on factors including the number, dimensions, complexity, and quality of the source images.
PicToDoc does not guarantee that a PDF can be reduced to any particular file size while maintaining a particular level of visual quality.
Target file-size selections should be considered processing goals rather than guarantees.
No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy
PicToDoc is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no warranties are made regarding uninterrupted availability, compatibility, reliability, accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.
Important Documents and Backups
PicToDoc should not be used as the sole storage location for important information.
Users should retain appropriate copies or backups of important original photos, source documents, and generated PDF files.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of PicToDoc will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, PicToDoc.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of files or data, unsuccessful file submissions, missed deadlines, incompatibility with third-party systems, or reliance on a generated PDF.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Third-Party Services
PicToDoc may allow users to save or share files using services or applications provided by Apple or other third parties.
Those services are separate from PicToDoc, and their operation is governed by their own terms and policies. PicToDoc is not responsible for the operation, availability, or data-handling practices of independently selected third-party services.
Changes to the App
Features of PicToDoc may be modified, added, removed, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of PicToDoc after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
App Store Terms
Your use of PicToDoc may also be subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and conditions.
