Privacy Policy for PicToDoc
Effective Date: September 20, 2026

PicToDoc respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PicToDoc handles information when you use the app.

Information We Collect

PicToDoc does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal information or user data.

PicToDoc does not require users to create an account or provide personal information in order to use the app.

Photos and Documents

PicToDoc allows users to select photos from their device for the purpose of creating PDF documents.

Selected photos are processed locally on the user's device. PicToDoc does not upload selected photos, generated PDF files, or the contents of those files to a server operated by PicToDoc.

Generated PDFs remain under the user's control and may be saved, shared, or otherwise handled using features provided by the user's device.

Data Storage and Retention

Because PicToDoc does not collect or receive user data on external servers, PicToDoc does not maintain or retain copies of users' photos, generated PDFs, or personal information.

Files stored on a user's device may be subject to the storage, backup, synchronization, and deletion settings of that device and any services the user independently chooses to use.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

PicToDoc does not use third-party advertising services and does not track users across apps or websites.

PicToDoc does not use personal information for analytics, advertising, marketing, or profiling.

Third-Party Services

PicToDoc may interact with system services provided by Apple, such as the photo picker, file storage, and sharing features.

If a user chooses to save or share a PDF through a third-party application or service, information provided to that service is governed by that third party's privacy practices.

Children's Privacy

PicToDoc does not knowingly collect personal information from children or any other users.

Security

PicToDoc is designed to process selected images and create PDFs locally on the user's device. However, no software or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for protecting their device and for determining where generated PDF files are stored or shared.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to PicToDoc or its data-handling practices.

Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
