What does it mean to be a digital teacher? There is no concrete definition to this term however various articles and websites do try to define this term around the idea of a teacher being able to deliver a course or teach using various digital tools, engaging and interactive content to enhance learning. This definition relates to the terms online learning, blended learning and flipped classroom as opposed to the traditional way of learning.
How efficient and effective one does this depends I believe on the level of expertise and experience. I am no expert at this stage and I don't claim to be.
"Evolving as a digital teacher...Tools of the trade" is a series of short articles I write on my blog about what tools I have found and have tried/tested on the courses I have been teaching at Divine Word University.

Curriculum Development
Here are few of the unit outlines I developed during my time as a full-time academic with the Information Systems Department for the Data Communication (Networking strand) and Server Administration when the PSD was updated. This was from the year 2014-2020
📌 Introduction to Networking
📌 Data Communication I
📌 Data Communication II
📌 Data Communication III
📌 Network Management
📌 Advanced Network Management
I also developed and taught a program called Graduate Certificate in Data Networking for three years.
More recently I developed a program called the Tertiary Study Skills Program. A program designed primarily for learners who have been away from full-time study for some time, or new to flexible learning, and are anxiously wondering whether they have the necessary skills to embark on, and complete, their chosen course of study. The program is currently being delivered to flexible learners studying with DWU flexible learning. I also developed a unit called Introduction to Computing for Medical Students.
