TERMS OF SERVICE
PickPDF
Last updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the PickPDF mobile application (“PickPDF” or the “App”) provided by Flowbit Labs (“Developer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the App
PickPDF allows users to select photos from their device and convert them into PDF documents.
Depending on the version and available features, the App may allow users to:
- Select multiple photos through the device’s system photo picker;
- Change the order of selected photos;
- Crop, rotate, or apply simple filters to photos;
- Select PDF page sizes, orientation, margins, and image quality;
- Add page numbers;
- Apply password protection to PDF documents;
- Save generated PDF documents within the App;
- Export PDF documents to the device’s Downloads/PickPDF folder;
- View, rename, delete, print, or share generated PDF documents; and
- Access certain features by viewing a rewarded advertisement.
The core photo processing and PDF creation functions are performed locally on the user’s device. The App does not require a PickPDF account or account sign-in.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to these Terms, Flowbit Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to install and use the App for personal and lawful purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App except as permitted by law;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
- Bypass advertising, purchase verification, usage limits, security features, or access controls;
- Use automated systems to interfere with the App or its services;
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or other harmful materials; or
- Use the App in a way that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.
3. User Content and Responsibilities
“User Content” includes photos, filenames, PDF documents, passwords, and other materials that you select, enter, create, process, export, print, or share through the App.
You retain ownership of your User Content. Flowbit Labs does not claim ownership of your photos or generated PDF documents.
You are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use selected photos and other materials;
- Confirming that your use of the App does not infringe copyrights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
- Reviewing generated PDF documents for accuracy and completeness;
- Keeping backup copies of important photos and PDF documents;
- Protecting confidential or sensitive PDF documents;
- Remembering passwords applied to protected PDF documents; and
- Selecting appropriate recipients and destination applications when sharing files.
You must not use the App to create, store, or distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful content.
4. Local Processing and Storage
Selected photos and generated PDF documents are primarily processed and stored locally on your device.
The App may store generated PDFs, file metadata, preferences, PDF settings, and feature-access information in the App’s private storage or local preferences. Exported PDF copies may also be stored in the device’s Downloads/PickPDF folder.
Flowbit Labs does not operate a server that receives or stores the contents of your selected photos or generated PDF documents as part of the App’s normal operation.
Files stored locally may be lost because of device failure, accidental deletion, operating-system behavior, clearing the App’s data, or uninstalling the App. Exported or shared copies may remain outside the App after the App is uninstalled.
The App is not a backup, archival, or cloud-storage service. You are responsible for maintaining separate backups of important files.
5. Password-Protected PDF Documents
If password protection is available and you choose to use it, the password is processed locally to create the protected PDF.
Flowbit Labs does not receive, store, or recover your PDF password. If you forget the password, we may be unable to restore access to the document.
Password protection reduces unauthorized access but cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and securely delivering it to intended recipients.
6. Advertisements and Rewarded Features
The App may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob or comparable advertising networks.
Some features or additional daily usage may require viewing a rewarded advertisement. The availability of advertisements and rewards may depend on network connectivity, device compatibility, geographic location, advertising inventory, and third-party service availability.
Advertising providers may process technical, advertising, and device information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
We do not control the content of third-party advertisements and do not endorse products or services shown in those advertisements. Your interaction with an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.
7. In-App Purchases
Certain versions of the App may offer optional paid features, such as an advertising-free or Pro version, through Google Play Billing.
Purchases are processed by Google Play. Flowbit Labs does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.
Prices, taxes, payment methods, cancellations, refunds, purchase restoration, and billing disputes are subject to Google Play’s rules and applicable law. Except where otherwise required by law, refunds are handled through Google Play.
Purchase availability and features may vary by version, device, country, and store configuration. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the App or its intellectual property.
8. Third-Party Services
The App may use or interact with third-party services, including:
- Google Play and Google Play Billing;
- Google Mobile Ads and Google AdMob;
- Google Play in-app review and update services;
- Operating-system photo pickers, file storage, printing, and sharing services;
- Analytics or diagnostic services, if enabled in a future or applicable release; and
- Applications or services selected by the user when sharing, opening, or printing a PDF.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Flowbit Labs is not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their content, or their data-handling practices.
Google’s Privacy Policy is available at:
https://policies.google.com/privacy
9. Updates and Changes to the App
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue any part of the App at any time.
Updates may change features, appearance, compatibility, advertising, usage limits, or paid options. Certain updates may be required for security, compatibility, or continued operation.
We do not guarantee that every feature will remain available permanently or that the App will work on every device or operating-system version.
10. Availability and Technical Limitations
We aim to provide a reliable service, but the App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
PDF creation may fail or produce unexpected results because of unsupported or damaged images, insufficient storage, limited device memory, very large files, operating-system restrictions, third-party service failures, or other technical conditions.
You should review each generated PDF before relying on it. PickPDF is not intended to guarantee legal, evidentiary, archival, accessibility, printing, or professional publishing standards.
11. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, graphics, interface, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Flowbit Labs and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
“PickPDF,” the App’s logo, and related branding may not be used without prior written permission from Flowbit Labs, except as allowed by law.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or any intellectual property belonging to Flowbit Labs.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will always be available, secure, uninterrupted, or error-free;
- Every photo or file format will be supported;
- Generated PDFs will meet every user’s requirements;
- Password protection will prevent every form of unauthorized access;
- Local or exported files will never be lost or corrupted; or
- Third-party services, advertisements, purchases, printing, or sharing will always function.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Flowbit Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or device functionality arising from use of or inability to use the App.
Flowbit Labs is not responsible for:
- Loss or corruption of photos or PDF documents;
- Forgotten PDF passwords;
- Files sent to an unintended recipient;
- Actions taken by destination applications or sharing services;
- Copyright, privacy, or other claims relating to User Content;
- Charges, losses, or disputes involving third-party services; or
- Device, operating-system, network, storage, or compatibility problems.
These limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
14. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App or certain features if you materially violate these Terms, interfere with the App, misuse third-party services, or create legal or security risks.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, limitation-of-liability, and governing-law provisions.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, third-party services, legal requirements, or business practices.
The updated Terms will show a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute shall be handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country or region remain unaffected.
